School Operations Manager
We have an exciting new employment opportunity available at St Wystan’s School and Nursery. We are looking for a new School Operations Manager. Reporting to the Head in this new and exciting front-of house role at St Wystan’s School in Repton, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of school operations and services – everything from greeting our visitors with the warmest welcome, to managing our catering and maintenance services, and leading key school administration tasks.
You’ll be an energetic, can-do person who thrives on variety and seeks to continuously improve all that we do. You’ll enjoying working with and leading people, managing, and improving processes, and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. Given the breadth of this role we are open to the background that you might come from as long as you can demonstrate the right skills and personal style.
The is a full time, Monday to Friday (Year-Round).
Salary: Up to £22,000 depending on experience.

Part-time Year 1 Teacher
We are looking to appoint a Part-time Year 1 teacher to cover maternity leave from January 2021. At St Wystan’s, the family ethos is at the heart of our education and pastoral care. We have small class sizes, with some lessons taught by subject specialists.
