What a fantastic day the Tennis Team had at Mount St. Mary’s College for the Derbyshire School Games County Finals. We were in the Mini Tennis finals, and were up against 8 other schools across Derbyshire. St Wystan’s played some fantastic tennis and even got to try their hand at doubles! The schools were split up into two groups and played a round robin.
In the finals, it was a close call between 5th and 6th place with 4 points between St Wystan’s and New Mills from High Peak. Overall St Wystan’s came 6th and can be very proud of what they have all achieved.
